Recap Reports are emailed per call, day, week or month to clients that opt-in, or you opt-in on their behalf. All Recap Reports are fully branded from the email address from field , company name and logos, content areas, news and notes. Additionally, rules can be put in place to control 'if' and 'when' recap reports are delivered. If for example a customer is receiving lower call volume than anticipated, the report can be diverted to service personnel to remedy the situation before the customer is aware.
