In this example, one click updates the batch of trackable phone numbers to be geographically routed according to the caller's area code. Calls are then routed to the appropriate region and then onto call centers according to client's needs. In the case of the East Coast, calls are distributed to call centers according to a percentage and in Indiana, after-hours calls are sent to the 24 hour call center.
