How is Callbutton priced?
In the spirit of our service, which has been designed for ease-of-use, our pricing makes it easy for any size business to find a service level that fits their needs and budget.

When you sign up with Callbutton, you will be charged a one-time setup fee and billed monthly fees thereafter. Monthly bills are made up of three components: a fixed monthly service fee, a small per call request fee, and the actual phone time charges. Callbutton Gateway is priced to scale from $29 per month for light implementations to thousands of dollars per month for enterprise-wide implementations. When you factor the average call length and price of a Callbutton call, the price per call is about $1.

Do I pay a fee per call?
Yes, Callbutton typically charges a small per call request fee. Many times, especially through partners, Callbutton charges only per "lead".

Are there added costs for call notification?
Depending on your choice for notification, you may experience an associated cost. If you've chosen to be notified by phone or fax, you will be charged a per-minute fee for phone and/or fax time. If you've chosen email or web, there is no additional charge for notification.

What rates would I pay for the phone time I use?
Phone time usage rates vary based on the number of minutes you use each month, and what country the calls are coming from and going to. Our rates are very competitive, but you must remember that in order to receive the benefits of Callbutton, we must place two calls and bridge them together. The per minute long distance rate effectively doubles when we do this. Please contact a Callbutton representative for detailed information on domestic and international rates.

How are call minutes calculated?
After the first 30 seconds of the call, usage is billed in six second increments at your earned per-minute rate, based on your monthly volume and service level. For "call client first" calls, if you choose to not accept the call or are not available to answer, the call is treated as "notification by phone." For "call caller first" calls, usage starts when the caller accepts the call and we transfer it to you.

Do rates go down as the number of Callbutton calls goes up?
With all service options, both the fee per call and the rate per minute of phone time go down as call volume goes up.

In total, how much does a typical call cost?
Generally, between $1 and $2 for the average call, even at the lowest volume pricing level. As monthly call volume increases, this drops to under $1 per call. Of course, pricing will vary depending on your specific use of the Callbutton service, and the origin and destination country of the call.

Can I pay with credit card?
Yes. You may choose one of two different kinds of credit card accounts during the setup process. The first is a prepaid AutoCharge account and is the only payment option for Callbutton Basic. Credit cards are charged as needed to maintain a minimum account balance from which monthly service charges, per call fees, and phone time charges are paid. All other service options can apply for credit terms by completing the online credit application and have a credit card charged at the end of the billing cycle for monthly service, per call, and usage fees accrued in the previous month.

Can I be billed on a Net Terms basis?
After completing the online sign-up and credit application forms, Callbutton Director and Callbutton Executive may apply for Net Term accounts. Once you're approved, you'll be billed on net terms.

Am I billed in advance or after calls are made?
You're charged after calls are made based on the actual usage. When a customer requests a Callbutton call, the per call fee is charged; call time begins to accrue once you connect with the caller. Calls will be logged and you will be charged or billed monthly the appropriate per call and per-minute rates based on your call volume that month.
