Is it easy to set up Callbutton?
Callbutton call tracking services are easy to set up -- most implementations take 15 minutes or less. Installation doesn't demand any special technical expertise, just some basic HTML skills. After your account is setup, we will provide you with one line of HTML code that you copy and paste into the header of each page you want to place a Callbutton icon. Next, you paste a second line of HTML code that contains your unique account number and source code into the page where you want the Callbutton icon(s) to appear. Finally, download the Callbutton graphic you like from our library of buttons and reference it in your HTML link to appear on your site.

Callbutton’s External Routing Interface allows for more robust implementations using XML and HTTP posts.

What are the technical requirements for Callbutton?
Callbutton is a fully hosted service, so there are no requirements for additional hardware or software on your end. Callbutton will work with any web server and supports all current web browsers, except WebTV.

How do I get the HTML code for the Callbutton links?
Once your account is established, you will access it via the web and set up your Callbutton preferences. Based on your answers to a few questions about how you want your calls routed, we'll generate and provide two pieces of HTML code you simply copy and paste into the web site on the pages you want the Callbutton icons to appear.
