Naturally our goal is to sell and implement more Callbuttons through our partner programs, but we aim to do as much for our Integration Partners as they do for us. We want our Integration Partners to use Callbutton as the differentiator that lands a new account that otherwise might have been lost. Callbutton must be integrated into each of our client's web sites and emails, but Callbutton does not offer these integration services. It is only through our Integration Partners that Callbutton can be implemented, so let's work in a program that makes sense.

How Does the Program Work? The Integration Partner program was designed to put the partner in control. After all, they're your customers first. Upon registering for the program, partners receive their corporate Callbutton account number and implementation instructions. From there, they may begin adding Callbuttons to their customers site at will. For larger customers and more complex implementations, Callbutton personalized assistance is available.
Applying and Registering as an Integration Partner The first step is to contact the Callbutton Partner Program Administrator to confirm that your firm is indeed a good fit for our program. This is more of a confirmation process for you than for us. Prospective partners typically do not investigate the program this deeply if they are not serious, or don't already have a customer or two in mind for the Callbutton service.
Once your firm has decided to join the program, you must read, agree to, and sign the Callbutton Integration Partner License and Revenue Sharing Agreement (Word document). Once this document has been executed by both parties, your account will be created and you will receive your Callbutton User Guide.
Corporate Callbutton Every Integration Partner receives a Callbutton for their business and their customers' business use. This Callbutton is provided to your firm with no setup fee or monthly base charge as long as you maintain monthly activity on your Callbutton account. Your firm even receives credits and discounts on the per connection and per minute rates. Details can be discussed with Callbutton's Partner Program Administrator.
Callbutton Administration and Assistance Your firm will have access to their account at Callbutton.com. Your firm may have multiple users and can manage simple Callbuttons for multiple customers. Should you have complex implementations requiring advanced call routing or detailed reporting, your assigned Callbutton technical resource will help you through the implementation.
You may choose to retain rights to bill your customer directly, or choose to let your customer work directly with Callbutton. Either way, our partner agreement will stay intact. Program Requirements Callbutton Integration Partners will perform direct consulting and integration work with their customers and will maintain an active Callbutton account, including the placement of live Callbuttons on their and their customers' web sites and other online media.
To ensure a healthy relationship, Callbutton partner accounts are reviewed monthly. The Integration Partner agreement ends when accounts become inactive.
Program Application We ask all interested Integration Partners to speak with our Partner Program Administrator to ensure full understanding. After that conversation has taken place, all Integration Partners must read, agree to, and sign the Callbutton Integration Partner License and Revenue Sharing Agreement. It‘s that simple. Your account will be set up within 48 hours of entering into the agreement.
