Callbutton Service Manager
Location: Plano, TX

The Service Manager (SM) is responsible for supporting all of Callbutton’s 
operations including client support, admin support, and special projects. 
The SM will interact with clients via email and phone and perform tasks in 
Callbutton’s web application and supporting applications to ensure clients 
are satisfied. The SM will support the Managing Partner as needed.

Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):

1. Candidates must be self-motivated workers willing and able to 
perform all tasks independently, without the immediate aid of others. Flex 
work form home is possible with proper in-home high-speed internet access, 
and a mobile telephone.

2. The ability to work with data in spreadsheets and database 
applications is a must. Power Excel users should apply. Excel skills and 
Access skills will be tested.

3. This is an upstart position. It is critical that candidates be 
undaunted by repetitive service and support tasks, including working with 
clients via phone and email. Client interaction is a key part of this 
position. 

4. This position is largely performed over the phone. An average day 
breaks down as follows: 

4 hours: Analyzing data and preparing reports for clients and 
internal customers

2 hours: Troubleshooting problems and communicating with internal 
staff to resolve them

2 hours: Interacting with clients 

5. The SM must acquire the appropriate business acumen needed to 
perform this job successfully. This includes an understanding of 
Callbutton’s offering and vertical markets. The SM should go beyond solving 
client issues to being proactive, and helping clients use Callbutton's 
systems to its fullest usefulness.

Essential Job Requirements:

EDUCATION: College Degree (BS)

EXPERIENCE: 1 year service and support experience

REQUIRED SKILLS: Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, including web 
applications. Power Excel user.

PREFERRED SKILLS: HTML skills. Web research.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: None
