Callbutton.com's (Dallas, TX) Callbutton is a hosted Web callback software and service package. You place an icon on your Web site and banner ads so that customers can click on the icon to request that agents call them.

Agents use the software through a Web browser. Web callback requests appear in a queue that agents and supervisors can view. The information accompanying each callback request, as pictured here, can include customers' names, phone numbers and the page of your Web site that they were viewing when they clicked on the Callbutton icon.

You collaborate with consultants from Callbutton.com to create rules for routing Web callback requests to the most qualified agents or groups of agents. Employees at Callbutton.com use the hosted Callbutton software to notify agents about callback requests through phone calls or e-mail messages.
